I am a US Citizen residing in a very remote area. I wish I could have submitted more photos and descriptions, but the Internet connections here are similar to the early dial-up days when we were excited to get 33 mhz! I can’t check my email often. Is it too late to add the comments you have requested?

Why because only dogs being cared for should be photographed?

he is beautiful!
see him makes me cry. And I think: how can some people do things like this? leave dogs alone, uncared… I’d like take care of them, save them, and i hope do that in the future! (i dont know if what i wrote is totally good, but i hope u understand me!)
