An animal rights group said Tuesday it has found a place to relocate the prairie dog colony that has taken over the grounds of Monarch K-8 School.

A SPATE of sheep killings by domestic dogs has prompted a regional council in northern Victoria to warn locals the culprits will face death. Two German Shepherds had already been shot dead, after 55 lambs and 19 ewes were killed in Woodvale last week in the most serious incident to date.
